Secretary- General indicated to the necessity of noticing the importance of management
and proper definition of management process, and highlighted the significance
of maximizing capacities and coordination across different sectors.
Following
that, Dr. Soleymani, stressing the significance of a knowledge-based approach
to the productions and services, optimal utilization of existing human
resources and assets, went on and stated: Medical Procurement Organization has
successfully operated in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment,
contributing to health promotion in the country.
All strategies
should center on advancing of domestic lines production through fostering
cooperation, identification of human resources, capabilities and logistics. In
this regard, a cohesive and precise plan is essential for maintaining
production stability and its further development, he added.
In conclusion,
Dr. Soleymani pointed out to the capacities of MPO’s affiliates, Soha
Pharmaceutical Co. and Soha Jissa Agro-industry Co.
Notably, one
of these capacities lies in the production of herbal medicines. Thus,
integrating herbal medicines into our production cycle is a viable option, he
said.
